Begin this part of the massage by gently separating each toe and holding for a few seconds to allow the muscles to stretch naturally. Use your fingers to perform small circular motions around each toe joint, paying special attention to the base of the big toe, where bunions often develop. Employ a "toe spreading" technique by weaving your fingers between the toes and gently sliding them back and forth. This helps restore proper alignment and spacing between the toes. Massage the top of the foot near the toe joints, as this area can become strained from the downward pressure of tight shoe boxes.
