7. United States' Tactical Boost Glide (TBG) Program
The Tactical Boost Glide program reflects the US creative effort to create medium-range hypersonic weapons. Under DARPA direction, this project aims to build a flexible hypersonic system with exact strikes at intermediate distances. The TBG system reaches speeds above Mach 7 by means of innovative aerodynamic designs and sophisticated propulsion technology.
